APEX and Coaching @ the Edge presents an Action Learning Group for executives with 5 years or less to retirement, who want to deepen their reflection and make their unique transition to retirement powerful and meaningful.

The Action Learning Group on" Finishing Well" provides Executives with an opportunity to work within a group of 6-8 people to explore the realities of this transition: the need to evaluate where they have been, acknowledge their contribution and learning up to now, determine the direction of their continuing contribution over their last 5 years and begin to identify new dreams and new commitments that deeply matter to them as they move to the next phase of their lives.

Many people can hardly wait for their retirement from the active work force. Some count the months and weeks before the long anticipated day when they will finally "be free".  At long last, they can do as they please without the limitations and frustrations of the work environment.  No more boss, no master to serve, no rush hour traffic, no one to please but themselves.  Freedom!

SOUNDS WONDERFUL?  Hopefully it will be, but....!

The action learning group on Intergenerational Leadership is another unique APEX and Coaching@ the Edge initiative. The program is designed for both newer and seasoned Executives interested in working in small intergenerational groups to explore what it takes to be a leader who brings the generations together, leads generational turn over, and embraces an emerging Public Service culture which builds on the power of the different generations in the workplace.

APEX is pleased to announce a repeat performance of the Leadership in Evolution I, a program developed in partnership with the HKPB Consortium. This series of workshops, offered for the first time in 2009-2010, received an enthusiastic two thumbs-up from participants.  The program is a breakthrough learning opportunity, designed to help executives succeed in a diverse and complex environment and focuses on leadership topics that are top of mind for Public Service leaders today.
