The APEX Advisory Service for Executives is for you.

Financially supported by the Deputy Minister community, this confidential service is available free of charge to all federal executives at all levels across the country and abroad.

You can access the Service by contacting Patti Bordeleau at 613.992.5592 or by email at pattib@apex.gc.ca. She is there to listen to your concerns or issues and to assist you in any way she can. She will provide:
  • a discreet and confidential sounding board;
  • a safe place to discuss sensitive issues;
  • a one-stop shop for advice and referral to specialized services available to the executive community.
Prior to joining APEX, Patti was the Director General, Labour Relations and Compensation at the Canada Border Services Agency.  Patti has extensive experience in the human resources field at various departments, central agency and a separate employer.  In this capacity she has provided advice to senior managers on compensation, occupational health and safety, classification and labour relations. 

Her experience also includes the participation in many public service wide committees comprised of central agency and bargaining agent representatives.  Patti has a Bachelor of Arts, with Distinction, in Law from Carleton University.
