Advocacy
Advocacy is a foundational aspect to all that APEX is and does, as
reflected in our goal of fostering excellence in leadership and
management in the public service. APEX's advocacy role is to take
action to introduce, influence, or produce change on issues of
importance to the executive cadre. APEX works in a respectful and
collaborative way with government decision-makers in carrying out our
advocacy role and actions, on issues like compensation, human resources
management, and the health and well-being of executives, to name a few.
